Terms and conditions

Preamble

Vayzone is an online marketplace connecting independent designers ("Sellers") and buyers ("Customers") for the sale of women's modest fashion. Vayzone is not itself a seller of the products offered: it provides a technical platform enabling Sellers to present and sell their creations.

Article 1 — Parties

These Terms govern the relationships between:

• The Platform: Vayzone, whose details are listed in the legal notice.
• The Sellers: designers registered and approved by the Platform, selling their products through their online shop hosted on vay-zone.com.
• The Customers: any person making a purchase on the Platform.

Article 2 — Acceptance of terms

Acceptance of these Terms is materialised by the Customer's order confirmation. The applicable Terms are those in force on the day of the order.

Article 3 — Products and orders

Product characteristics (size, material, colour, price) are described by the Seller on the product page. The Platform cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies in the description, which are the Seller's responsibility. An order binds the Customer upon validated payment.

Article 4 — Prices and payment

Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included. Shipping costs are shown before order validation. Handling fees, charged by the Platform, may be added to the order; their amount is shown before payment validation.

Online payment is processed by Stripe using the methods offered at payment.

Article 5 — Delivery

Products are shipped by the Sellers. The delivery methods and costs available for the Customer's address are shown before order confirmation. An order from several Sellers has separate shipments and shipping fees.

If there is a delivery problem, the Customer can contact the Platform through the contact form.

Article 6 — Right of withdrawal

For a sale by a professional Seller, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal, subject to the exceptions provided by law. This right does not apply to sales between private individuals. The Seller's status is shown on each product page.

The practical return process, including the return address and who pays return shipping, will be stated in the final version of these terms.

Article 7 — Refund

When the right of withdrawal applies, refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned product by the Seller, on the payment method used for the order.

Article 8 — Warranties

The legal warranty of conformity applies to sales by professional Sellers. The warranty against hidden defects applies under the conditions provided by law. For questions, the Customer can contact the Platform through the contact form.

Article 9 — Liability

The Platform acts as a technical intermediary. It is not the seller of the products offered and cannot be held responsible for the Sellers' failures to fulfil their contractual obligations. It does, however, undertake to intervene in the event of a dispute to facilitate an amicable resolution.

Article 11 — Mediation

In the event of an unresolved dispute, the Customer may freely refer to the consumer mediator indicated in the legal notice.

Article 12 — Applicable law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
