- For Customers: name, surname, postal address, email address, phone number (optional), purchase history, communication preferences.
- For Sellers: professional information (business name, SIRET, IBAN), ID document for KYC, profile photo, shop content.
- For all users: IP address, connection data, browsing data (cookies).
Purposes of processing
Your data is collected to:
- Manage your account and orders
- Ensure delivery of your purchases
- Process payments via our partners Stripe and Klarna
- Communicate with you (order confirmations, tracking, support)
- Improve our service (anonymised traffic analysis)
- Comply with our legal and accounting obligations
Legal basis
Processing is based on:
- Performance of the sales contract (order management, delivery)
- The person's consent (newsletter, non-essential cookies)
- Compliance with a legal obligation (invoicing, Seller KYC)
- Legitimate interest (site security, fraud prevention)
Retention periods
Data is retained:
- Customer accounts: as long as the account is active, then 3 years after last activity.
- Invoices and accounting documents: 10 years (legal obligation).
- Seller KYC data: 5 years after end of contractual relationship.
- Cookies: 13 months maximum.

- Sellers (only the information needed to deliver your order)
- Our payment providers (Stripe, Klarna) — strictly necessary data
- Our carriers (Colissimo, Mondial Relay) — delivery address
