Preamble
Vayzone is an online marketplace connecting independent designers ("Sellers") and buyers ("Customers") for the sale of women's modest fashion. Vayzone is not itself a seller of the products offered: it provides a technical platform enabling Sellers to present and sell their creations.
Article 1 — Parties
These Terms govern the relationships between:
- The Platform: Vayzone, whose details are listed in the legal notice.
- The Sellers: designers registered and approved by the Platform, selling their products through their online shop hosted on vay-zone.com.
- The Customers: any person making a purchase on the Platform.
Article 2 — Acceptance of terms
Acceptance of these Terms is materialised by the Customer's order confirmation. The applicable Terms are those in force on the day of the order.
Article 3 — Products and orders
Product characteristics (size, material, colour, price) are described by the Seller on the product page. The Platform cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies in the description, which are the Seller's responsibility. An order binds the Customer upon validated payment.
Article 4 — Prices and payment
Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included. Shipping costs are shown before order validation. Handling fees, charged by the Platform, may be added to the order; their amount is shown before payment validation.
Payment is made by credit card (via Stripe) or in interest-free instalments (via Klarna, automatically split between Sellers via Stripe Connect).
Article 5 — Delivery
Products are shipped by the Sellers themselves, from their studios, within 2 to 5 working days. The available delivery methods are Colissimo (home delivery) and Mondial Relay (pickup point), within mainland France.
In the event of significant delay, the Customer can contact the Seller via the shop messaging system, or the Platform via the contact form.
Article 6 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.
Returns are made to the Seller's address, indicated in the order tracking. Return costs are covered by Vayzone (free returns within mainland France).
Article 7 — Refund
In the event of withdrawal or non-compliant product, refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned product by the Seller, on the payment method used for the order.
Article 8 — Warranties
Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code). These warranties are implemented by the Seller, whom the Customer may contact directly.
Article 9 — Liability
The Platform acts as a technical intermediary. It is not the seller of the products offered and cannot be held responsible for the Sellers' failures to fulfil their contractual obligations. It does, however, undertake to intervene in the event of a dispute to facilitate an amicable resolution.

In the event of an unresolved dispute, the Customer may freely refer to the consumer mediator indicated in the legal notice.
Article 12 — Applicable law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
